That’s probably the hardest part especially because I am to have little to no sugar in my diet unless it’s a weekend cheat meal, mainly I just look to load up food with carbs a lot, my body likes it, I used to be about a 8 peanut butter sandwitch a day ritual on top of protein shakes but mainly what you need in your diet is high protein, because with out that you don’t gain muscle unfortunately
